4. SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance

All SMS messages sent on behalf of our clients comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). End customers have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We process opt-outs immediately and permanently.

We do not send unsolicited messages. All contacts are provided by the shop owner and are existing customers of the shop.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

SMS providers - to send messages on behalf of shops
Payment processors - to handle billing securely
Analytics providers - to understand website usage (aggregated, anonymized)
Legal authorities - when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the service agreement and for up to 12 months afterward for record-keeping purposes. End customer phone numbers and opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
